As I travel the world, I like to keep a notebook and a camera with me and record new and interesting experiences. Teaching hospitality, travel and tourism also means that my knowledge is constantly being updated and I like looking at new trends and emerging destinations.

I’m an avid cruiser, as this enables me to taste a wide range of different experiences quite quickly; some places I’m keen to know in more depth, others not. I’ve discovered the world of train travel which gives a completely different perspective. And I still like exploring England and learning more about my own country.
